The Project

The complex is one of the most ambitious projects in the sector carried out by the real estate company Urbis . The development is a senior residential centre with a broad program both for residents with an independent living profile and for the ones who need health care. The residential areas are complemented by those for stays and leisure, as well as others designated to worship, health care and other additional uses required by an area of this nature. The precincts enclose a warehouse, serviced areas and a car park. The steep topography caused an architecture style full of levels and volumes creating a certain grade of complexity when looking at functionality. In this way, it was developed following the most horizontal line possible and a high-quality Mediterranean architecture that keeps numerous elements of the Vernacular architecture. Arab roof tiles, painting, screed and clay floor tiles are the main elements configuring its architectural design and finishing.
