Within the conference held for the development of Marbella Strategic Plan, the last day May 19, the Architect and Urbanist Angel Asenjo participated in the sectorial committee programmed to analyse the Real Estate sector for the development of the first Strategic Plan for Marbella 2020, promoted by Marbella Council.
This panel was convened primarily to establish the criteria and the most appropriate strategic actions to promote the real estate development in the municipality of Marbella, on the horizon 2020. The invitation to Angel Asenjo to participate in the board is based on the professional experience of this architect and urban planner in Marbella over the past forty years, during which he has been involved in many projects of this nature in this municipality. The residential complex Playas or the planning of La Serrania – La Ermita currently in drafting, are only two examples of projects that allow him to review the future of this city.
